We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative proficient in English to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers in both languages to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally in both English and Arabic.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
4. Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
7. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in both English (spoken and written) is essential.
2. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
7. Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
