Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
Generate new leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Provide excellent support to existing clients with their property inquiries.
Update and manage client information in the CRM system accurately.
Assist in scheduling meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
Follow up on leads, maintain client engagement, and track communication.
Coordinate with sales consultants and operations team for a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or call center preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
