Job Objective
This role provides support services to residents and companies seeking information related to Tasleem cooling services. Responsibilities include providing accurate information to customers, assisting with the fulfillment of cooling service contracts, and processing payments. Key Accountabilities
Customer Support Present a professional and courteous attitude when engaging with customers. Recognize when a customeraEUR(TM)s query requires escalation and facilitate this through established protocols, remaining the primary contact from engagement to resolution. Minimize the need to revert to customers for administrative purposes by ensuring new contracts, payment receipting, and application processes are followed accurately. Knowledge and Fulfillment of Customer Contracts Understand policies and procedures related to customer contracts, move-ins, move-outs, payments, and the suspension process. Payments and Reconciliation Process customer payments via cash, cheque, or card promptly, ensure receipts are issued, and payments are accounted for until deposited in the bank. Policies & Procedures Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Ensure the organization adheres to legal frameworks regarding discipline, grievance, redundancy, and employment law. Health, Safety & Environment Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and environmental responsibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
