Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Customer Service Agent
(Junior Position) to support our customers with their inquiries and ensure a positive experience. This role is open to females only, in alignment with our diversity hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Gender: Female (as per company policy)
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn challenges into solutions.
