Customer & Sales Support

It would be ideal, if you are willing to spend the first 4-6 months in our Bahrain office for onboarding and training and then settle in our Abu Dhabi office.

Your tasks



you take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales) you prepare quotations and handle tenders you support the Area Sales Manager in his/her daily business you will be the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues you will be involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and pro-active follow ups with the customer you support the sales team in important customer events and fairs you be responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system) you will administer training related to our OMICRON Academy you complete general office management tasks, such as shipments of demo units, etc you provide back-up support to your team

Your profile



you have successfully completed your commercial education (technical experience is not relevant for this position) knowledge of the electrical energy industry would be an advantage you have at least 2 years of experience with sales support activities or customer sales support or inside sales banking experience would be a plus you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers you are very detail oriented and precise and have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths you have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs you have a very good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing skills)
