Job Description

Front Desk

Greet and assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and vehicle returns Process new rental agreements and handle modifications or extensions Upload and manage contracts and vehicle data using the

RTA TARS system

Explain rental terms, insurance options, fines, and company policies Handle payments, deposits, refunds, and reconcile final invoices Coordinate vehicle availability, handovers, and maintenance schedules Follow up with customers regarding due dates, returns, or pending documents Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally Maintain accurate records of contracts, customer information, and transactions Stay updated on RTA guidelines, traffic rules, and documentation requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

Car Rental: 2 years (Required) * TARS: 2 years (Required)
