Yalafleet Freight Broker Co. LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Outdoor Sales Agent
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our freight and logistics services -- including air, sea, and land freight -- across the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage new customers through field visits, networking, and cold calling
Promote and sell the company's freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land)
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client shipments
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid UAE driving license and own car is a must
Good command of English
Familiarity with UAE market and freight industry practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
