Job Summary: Responsible for building a book of business and finding companies or agents to purchase Agricultural and Pest Control Products/Services - Shop Primary Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of agricultural chemicals and pesticides products.
• Work on building a book of business by calling potential customers or conduct business transactions.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques, call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success by identifying and reporting intelligence on pricing and marketing strategies
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.

Key Requirements:

• Computer skills is a must (MS Office preferably)
• Preferably with 4 years experience in Dubai and northern emirates same field (agriculture and pest control) but not mandatory.
