Job Description

The primary responsibility of a customer service receptionist is to provide customers with the best customer service possible. To answer phone calls & emails, schedule art classes for customers, transfer calls to designated employees, and diffuse customer complaints. Another primary responsibility for customer service receptionists is scheduling appointments for art school students. Responsibilities: - Organizing daily appointment schedules. - Performing research while on the phone gathering information from customers - Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls related to art classes to Arabic speaking teachers, when required. - Using conflict resolution skills to diffuse angry customers - Prioritizing tasks to make sure the most important tasks are done first. - Entering new customer data efficiently and updating the information of existing customers. - Responsible for digital communication; answering customer emails and send emails designed to capture new customers. - Customer service receptionists find answers to customer questions in an efficient manner. - Sometimes, customers call or come into the company and don\'t behave nicely. It is the responsibility of the customer service receptionist to keep a cool, calm demeanour and do everything in their power to diffuse the customer. This requires conflict resolution skills and the ability to think on one\'s feet. - Create strong customer relationships & positive rapport \xe2\x80\x93 Going above and beyond for each and every guest. - Maintain a warm friendly environment \xe2\x80\x93 Avoid slouching, leaning over the desk, etc when serving guests. - Ensure all selling activities are recorded accurately on LDA databases - Such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience in Art Supplies & Arts & Hobbies industry in general. At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
