The Customer Retention Officer is responsible for managing and retaining customers by building positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the business development and customer service teams to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty. We only accept applications from candidates who are in the UAE .
You will:
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the business development and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

We are looking for:
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar industry or within the financial/fintech/banking sphere.
  • Person who is based in United Arab Emirates (and best of all in Dubai).
  • Good experience in communicating on the phone with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise with the Turkish market and understands the points of contact.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
