Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-4 years in customer service or client relationship management exp in
UAE.
Skills Required :
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in CRM software or other client management systems. Organisational and time management skills to handle a high-volume client portfolio. Attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
