Salary Package: Up to 6K AED based on the experience. We are looking for an experienced customer Engagement and relationship manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Conduct business reviews using CRM programmes.
• Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
• Do regular portals checks to look for any new opportunities.
• Taking care of the administrative work like sending invoices, following up for payments, preparing weekly-monthly reports, manage the Social Media pages ...etc.
• Preparing and submitting bid packages.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience. (same Same IT software field)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior product knowledge.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
