Fleet management of customers' 'running' portfolio including: Contract changes and recalculations of contracts & Creation of contract extensions and follow-up on Fleet Managers.
Support customers' Fleet Managers in the use of self-service solutions and reporting tools.
Onboarding of customers including:
+ Cooperation agreements/framework agreements
+ Access to online tools Coordinate customer activities and visits with responsible Key Account Managers and Car Advisors.
Coordinate tasks with Driver's Contact Center and Admin. Team regarding customer requests from drivers.
Contribute to improving the customer journey, for example via feedback to relevant departments.

Job Requirements
Passionate about relational customer contact, where your drive and positivity create results.
Works in a structured manner and takes ownership of your tasks, including being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing the overview - even during busy periods.
Understands how to involve relevant stakeholders and follow up to achieve your goals.
Have good numerical skills and knowledge of financial calculations, including knowledge of VAT and taxation rules.
