We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relations to join our dynamic team at Safe Center for Autism In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities

Engage with clients through ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, providing clear and concise solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services. Document and track client interactions ensuring accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall service quality. Identify trends in clients inquiries and feedback, providing insights to management for process improvements. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Must be a UAE National 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficient in using common office software Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour to build rapport with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset. Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
