Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
We are hiring an Apprentice Person for our customer onboarding department.- Will support the onboarding team with the registration of companies in the system, ensuring that the previously informed conditions are safely implemented;
- Receptive and active service, through voice, email and chat channels, solving and guiding our customers, always focusing on quality and excellence in the relationship (Customer Success).
Job Requirements:
- Higher education in progress (desirable, but not mandatory);
- Knowledge of Office Package (Word, Power Point and Excel);
- Discipline and organization for routine compliance;
- Proactivity – seeking new alternative solutions;
- Good oral and written communication;
