Requirements:

Key Responsibilities
Enter data provided by customers or internal teams with speed and accuracy
Verify and correct information by comparing it to source documents
Update existing records to keep data current and correct
Retrieve customer or account details when needed
Review source documents for completeness before data entry
Use keyboards or scanners to input data into the system
Follow internal procedures and suggest process improvements
Handle all data with confidentiality and care
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Quick typing abilities; familiarity with data entry software is advantageous
Trustworthy and capable of managing confidential information.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Good communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in data entry or customer service is an advantage
