We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Happiness Consultant to handle customer complaints and queries over the phone. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied with timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
Identify customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions
Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Document all interactions in the CRM system
Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude at all times
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong phone-handling and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic preferably
