Nationality:

Emirati (with Family Book)

Experience:

Preferable with Tadbeer - Tasheel - Amer Experience

Eligibility:

The position is open to both males and females (with or without prior

experience).

Salary & Benefits

: Salary + Nafis support + Commission (Approximately AED 15,000 and

above)

Working Hours:

7 hours per day, 5 days a week ( Flexibility available )

Job Responsibilities:

1- Providing Support and Responding to Inquiries:

Answering customer inquiries either verbally or in writing, and explaining required

procedures and steps.

2- Using Transaction Management Systems:

Operating systems such as "Tadbeer" to professionally process requests and record

transactions.

3- Document Verification:

Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all required documents to successfully complete

the service.

4- Follow-up on Transactions:

Guaranteeing quick and accurate service delivery by tracking request status until

completion.

5- Providing an Exceptional Experience:

Promoting the concept of "Customer Happiness" by focusing on quality, respect,

friendliness, and professionalism.

6- Compliance with Policies and Procedures:

Performing duties in accordance with approved guidelines and standards within the

organization to ensure compliance and quality.

7- Training & Supervision:

You will receive training and ongoing support from a supervisor.
