Job Description

As a Customer Happiness Consultant specializing in visa typing, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their visa applications. Your role is to ensure customers receive clear guidance, support, and resolutions to their inquiries, fostering a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their visa-related needs and provide accurate information regarding the typing process.

Documentation Support:

Assist clients in completing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their interactions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma; relevant certifications in customer service or visa processes preferred. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with Dubai's visa processes and requirements.
