Job Description

We are looking for a Emirati friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Consultant. The role involves assisting customers, providing service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment. Assist customers with services, applications, and documentation. Provide accurate information about company services and procedures. Handle customer issues and complaints politely and professionally. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer confidentiality at all times. Support digital service platforms and explain processes to customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain daily logs, reports, and customer records.

Requirements:



Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Multilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus.
