Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Customer Fulfilment Manager to oversee fulfilment operations across the Dubai market. This leadership role ensures seamless end-to-end execution from planning, forecasting, and capacity management to customer order fulfilment and reverse logistics. The position is accountable for securing availability, optimizing costs, and delivering excellent customer experiences while leading and developing the fulfilment support organization.

Core Duties

• Lead fulfilment operations to ensure agreed goals on product availability, customer order management, and stock quality at the lowest cost
• Translate commercial priorities into fulfilment actions and ensure readiness for campaigns and peak demand
• Manage flow and capacity planning, aligning short-, mid-, and long-term requirements with business expansion
• Oversee forecasting, ordering, range administration, and reverse logistics to support seamless customer experiences
• Collaborate with regional and global supply teams, transport services, and internal stakeholders to optimize fulfilment and logistics operations
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and cost efficiency while maintaining quality and service levels
• Lead, coach, and develop fulfilment teams to create an inclusive, high-performance culture with strong succession planning

Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of management experience in logistics, retail, distribution, or supply chain
• Proven leadership background in large organizations with strong business and people results
• Experience in supply chain, retail, or customer service with knowledge of fulfilment operations
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of labor laws, third-party provider management, and union relations
• Ability to design and execute mid- to long-term strategies and lead projects at market level
• Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
