Al Sultanah Cafe is a cozy and welcoming shisha lounge where customers come to relax, unwind, and enjoy good vibes. We're now looking for a
friendly, confident, and creative female staff member
to join our team and elevate our customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage warmly with customers and recommend the best shisha flavors
Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on Google
Record short, raw videos of customers (with consent) for Instagram reels
Assist with light cafe duties and customer support
Upsell drinks/snacks and promote in-house offers
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must have
own visa
Previous
cafe or customer service experience
is preferred
Confident communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable appearance with good hygiene and dress sense

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
