: Customer Experience Specialist
Dream Gateway Immigration Services is urgently hiring experienced Tele Representatives for immediate joining at our Dubai office.
NOTE:
Freshers in dubai who have experienced in their home country are welcome Visa validity must be a minimum of 2 weeks. Applicants Location: Dubai only.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Explain immigration services and programs to clients Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer data Coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Representative / Telecaller and Customer services also. Good communication skills in English Must be able to communicate with people from Europe.
