Job Requirements:
Fluency in spoken Arabic (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
(Contact Center / Call Center / Customer Support preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Role Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
