Salary Range: AED 8000 - 14000 (Depending on current salary)

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Start Date: 30 Days' Notice
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively approach and build relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients to promote the bank's full suite of financial products.
  • Work towards achieving a minimum monthly target of AED 2.5 million, with potential to scale up to AED 5-7 million in loans and advances
  • Liaise with departments such as Credit, Legal, and Operations to facilitate smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
  • Track and report daily activities, client interactions, and sales performance using internal tools or CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or loan products.
  • Basic knowledge of KYC, compliance, and banking operations, especially related to SME or corporate clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet monthly sales targets.
