Role and Responsibilities
Facilitate user onboarding on the iProcure platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient start.
Update and manage customer interaction records accurately in the CRM.
Address customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience across the platform.
Stay updated on iProcure features and processes to assist users effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience in customer service
, preferably with corporate/B2B clients.
Experience interacting with corporate customers via telecall and email.
Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing information.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital tools like iProcure.
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
