External About the role As a Creative Design Officer, you will be responsible for bringing the creative vision of the customer experience team to life in the form of first-class graphic design concepts that showcases and is representative of our world class customer experience. The role will require exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be required to work on a wide range of design work as per the requirement of the company and in line with the QR Brand Guidelines. You will be involved in contributing to the development and achievement of the Customer Experience projects, culture and communications medium and long-term strategy, ensuring high quality design work. Support the communications team’s efforts by providing design assets for blog articles, monthly newsletters and internal brand campaigns. Supporting with the development of marketing and social platform creative, branding/identity projects, and potentially motion graphic assets. Hands-on creative development for key initiatives and channels; iterate unique design concepts/mockups to visualize innovative design ideas Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Qualifications About you A successful candidate will have- Bachelor's level with minimum 3 years of job-related experience required or High School/Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience. It is essential to have –
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in photo editing.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in post-production editing.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in a professional editing/producing environment demonstrating competence in all areas
  • High level of technical proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
