Freelance Opportunity: Customer Experience (CX) Trainer
We're looking for an experienced Customer Experience Trainer to deliver a series of interactive workshops focused on service excellence and hospitality in Abu Dhabi.
Engagement Details:
36 workshops (2 days each)
Scheduled across Nov 2025 - May 2026 (excluding Dec & Mar)
Face-to-face delivery
Training material provided (in Arabic)
Ideal Profile:
10+ years of experience in training & facilitation (CX/government excellence preferred)
Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences
Experience with UAE government entities is a plus.
Arabic speakers are a must.
