The Position Purpose:
- Actively engage with a diversity of stakeholders (Internal and External) to support selected customers in local and international event management.
- Acting as an Engagement interface for defined customers
- Act as \xe2\x80\x9ccustodian\xe2\x80\x9d of coremap to all oncology activities
- Act as \xe2\x80\x9ccustodian\xe2\x80\x9d of all events locally & internationally
- Medical information (MI Atlas) Accountable.
- All administrative logistics for all local & international events: FMV, Contracts, Quick submissions, PR, PO, reservations, GSDs, Job closure, IHCP
- All technical logistics for local & international events: material preparation & approvals; Invitations, communications & updates to customers regarding the event; Agenda finalization; Briefing of agencies when needed after coordination with the owner;
- Customer-facing SPOC.
- Engaging with specified customers & channeling (either digitally or F2F) product messages as requested
- Decision making capacity
