Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Customer Coordinator

to support the end-to-end process of corporate registrations, B2B agreement facilitation, Dubai Land Department (DLD) transactions, and Golden Visa applications. The role requires excellent client-facing skills, strong knowledge of UAE regulatory procedures, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Coordination & Support



Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the business setup, DLD, and visa processes. Guide clients on required documentation, procedures, and timelines. Coordinate meetings, calls, and communications between clients and internal departments. Handle queries related to B2B partnerships, corporate services, and government processes.

2. Dubai Land Department (DLD) Transactions



Assist clients with property registration, title deed issuance, and other DLD-related procedures. Liaise with DLD offices and service centers to submit and follow up on documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all DLD requirements for property-related services.

3. Corporate Registration & B2B Agreements



Coordinate the registration and licensing of corporate entities in Dubai and relevant free zones or mainland jurisdictions. Support drafting and submission of B2B agreements, MOUs, and service contracts. Track application status and ensure timely delivery of licenses and approvals.

4. Golden Visa Processing



Educate clients on Golden Visa eligibility (investment, real estate, business, etc.). Assist in compiling and submitting required documentation. Liaise with immigration, relevant authorities, and PRO teams to ensure smooth processing. Keep clients informed of progress and updates at each stage.

5. Documentation & Compliance



Ensure all client files are complete, organized, and updated in CRM and internal systems. Monitor expiration dates and renewals for licenses, visas, and other legal documents. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE laws and company policy.

Requirements: Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in customer coordination, business setup, or real estate services in the UAE. Hands-on experience with DLD processes and/or Golden Visa applications is preferred.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). Solid understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:



Familiarity with Dubai Land Department systems (e.g., Oqood, Ejari, REST). Previous experience in Golden Visa coordination for investors or property owners. Understanding of UAE immigration and corporate service practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Client satisfaction and retention rate. Accuracy and turnaround time of DLD and visa applications. Number of successful corporate registrations and agreements processed. Efficiency in document handling and internal coordination.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
