Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Doha, Qatar. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person, providing support, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Experience
Effective skills in promoting Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries efficiently
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
Problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellent service
Team player with adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an advantage
Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial
Experience in a similar role and understanding of the local market in Qatar is preferred
