Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the office, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Handle customer issues, including order status, returns, complaints, and product questions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Process orders, quotations, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Follow up with customers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and post-sale support.
Collaborate with logistics, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Actively upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and identified trends.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns by communicating offers and product information to customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in
furniture, interior design, or retail
industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken) is required.
UAE driving license is an advantage (optional, based on role).
