You will be responsible to process all sales orders pertaining to Marine segment with a high level of accuracy and in timely fashion in accordance with Hempel guidelines/procedures and ensures customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.

Processing and managing all types of purchase orders and related enquiries

Competent and timely response on order-related customer claims
Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions\xe2\x80\x8b

You will report to the Customer Care Team Lead.
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE)
You should also have the following qualifications:
Experience in a busy Customer Service environment
\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in standard operating procedures
\xe2\x80\x8bAbility to understand and have basic product knowledge
\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in using ERP-systems/CRM software
\xe2\x80\x8bProficiency with standard MS Office programs
E-mail and call etiquettes
\xe2\x80\x8bProficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
Excellent organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure.
Self-motivated, pro-active and a team player.
