Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Provide product and pricing information for automotive parts Process orders, quotations, and customer complaints Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up when required

Requirements:



Experience in customer service (automotive experience preferred) Good communication skills in English Basic computer and ERP system knowledge Arabic is must
Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
