Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Dubai with some work-from-home acceptable (hybrid role). The Customer Care Representative will manage daily interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction. Tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The representative will also assist in processing orders and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Fluent in English and Arabic
