Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Dubai with some work-from-home acceptable (hybrid role). The Customer Care Representative will manage daily interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction. Tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The representative will also assist in processing orders and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Arabic Only women are encouraged to apply Arab Nationals Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail To coordinate with our marketing department Ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
