We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist who excels in English communication, both verbal and written and possesses the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
The responsibilities for this role include:
Providing exceptional customer service by attending to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Actively converting customer inquiries into leads and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless coordination in scheduling customer tours and appointments.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and card transactions.
Maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service and support to customers.
Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the customer care team.

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
