Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for limousine service clients via phone, email, or in person.
Coordinate bookings, schedule pickups/drop-offs, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Liaise between customers and drivers to ensure accurate trip details and high service standards.
Monitor ride progress and proactively address delays or issues.
Maintain detailed records of reservations, service feedback, and incident reports.
Follow up with clients after service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the limousine dispatch and operations teams to meet client expectations.
Handle VIP and corporate client bookings with discretion and professionalism.
Promote additional services, loyalty programs, or corporate packages when appropriate.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or luxury transport.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency with reservation systems or CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UAE transportation laws and customer service standards.
UAE-attested educational or professional certificate
(mandatory).
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
