Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries across
chat, phone, and email
with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Provide clear and helpful information about our products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively to ensure
customer satisfaction

Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate team.
Stay updated on company offerings, new features, and promotions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi
, or any
South language
(Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam).
Prior customer service/support experience is a
plus
.
Good problem-solving skills and a
calm, empathetic attitude
.
Basic computer knowledge, especially handling support software or CRMs.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multitasking environment

Preferred (but not required):
Experience in
online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce
industries.
