Our Company is seeking for a REAL ESTATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology, property management processes, rental laws, and market trends to effectively assist clients and address their queries.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling paperwork, entering data, and ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and email platforms for efficient communication and documentation.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to work closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
