ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be point of contact post sale process - courteously answer enquiries in person, by phone and on email.
• identifying opportunities for sale while dealing with client queries and close upsells
• Maintain customer records by updating account information, handle post sale queries.
• Manage cancellation and processing refunds for clients as per the terms and conditions
• Dealing and handling customer complaints post tour or on tour. Avoiding escalation and resolving complaints at the initial stage
• Handling Pre Tour briefing arrangements*Handling client payments, sending invoices and collect pending due payments.
• generate customer feedback
• Support sales & operations team as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in providing excellent customer service
• Graduate with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• knowledge of MS Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Travel & Tourism industry is mandatory.
• Excellent listening skills and telephone etiquettes.
• * Excellent email/letter writing skills mandatory.

• Meticulous, go getter with Positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
