This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM).
Understand customer requirements, log service requests, and coordinate with operations/technical teams for timely execution.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring structured documentation and follow-ups.
Manage scheduling and time-bound service commitments with strong attention to deadlines.
Support marketing and sales teams with lead handling, quotations, and follow-up calls when required.
Contribute to customer retention by delivering professional, empathetic, and proactive support.
Requirements:
Prior
customer service experience in facility management (B2C)
is essential.
Strong
time management skills
with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Well-structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized in day-to-day work.
Excellent command of
spoken and written English
; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate customer needs and offer solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools is preferred.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
