The job will mainly focus on e-commerce customer care including:
Responding to inquiries from customers specifically from WhatsApp, Instagram, E-mails, and calls.
The job will also include follow-ups from customers who purchased the products i.e., asking for feedback, cancellations, refunds, etc.
Communicate with logistics regarding all the shipping coordination of the products involved.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Own Visa
Basic computer skills.
Quick learner, capable of mastering basic sales strategies for chat interactions.
