Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about company services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to address customer concerns.
Assist in booking and scheduling shipments or services for clients.
Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
Support the sales team by providing customer insights and follow-ups.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every point of contact.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
