Ensure user satisfaction Reception, information and marketing mission
Welcome and inform users
Adopt a welcoming and caring attitude towards all users of the aquatic center and a proactive approach to welcoming, in particular, people with disabilities
Ensure the collection of entrance fees, process registrations for activities and process subscriptions
Respect the procedures for opening and closing the cash register, cashing up, reception and information
Promote services and product sales
Actively participate in prospecting new clients
Participate in maintenance and cleaning operations during technical shutdowns
