Job Description
Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to lead campaigns that attract and convert new customers. You'll manage multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize lead generation, and analyze performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital and offline acquisition campaigns. Monitor and improve conversion funnels and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Collaborate with teams to align messaging and offers. Analyze data, segment audiences, and run A/B tests. Track KPIs and report on campaign performance.
Requirements:
2+ years in marketing or customer acquisition. Familiar with paid ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
