Customer Account Representative

Job Description

As an Customer Account Manager in www.rch.qa you must be proactive and passionate about company services, HR & Qatari Government regulation, as well as the clients they serve. You will act as a point of contact for your clients and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts.

Responsibilities:



keeping up to date with Qatari Government regulations. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes (invoices and others). Maintaining updated knowledge of company services. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends and keeping up to date with Qatari regulations. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the service experience. Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction in order to prevent account loss. Meeting performance metrics as communicated by the company. Maintain confidentiality on all work-related topics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
