Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
daily and weekly installation schedules
with client teams and internal staff
Manage
site access, timing conflicts, and installer availability
Communicate closely with production team on order readiness and dispatch timings
Provide
clear job briefs
to installation teams and troubleshoot on-site issues
Maintain an organized
schedule tracker and work completion log
Relay technical feedback and client concerns to relevant teams
Requirements
Experience in
curtains, interiors, fit-out, or furniture operations
Strong communication and scheduling skills
Able to handle
multiple teams and site changes
Language skills: English (required), Urdu/Hindi or Arabic (preferred)
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, or scheduling tools (Odoo is a plus)
