Job Description

We are IQ Kids Nursery, a leading educational nursery with four branches in Abu Dhabi (Bani Yas - Shakhbout - Al Shamkha - Al Bahya).
We are looking for a Curriculum Officer to join our educational and administrative team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all branches.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement curricula and lesson plans suitable for children's stages and nursery objectives. Monitor teachers' performance and provide pedagogical and technical support. Train and evaluate both current and new staff to ensure implementation of modern educational standards. Prepare and develop educational materials and interactive activities. Track and analyze children's learning outcomes to enhance the teaching process. Ensure team adherence to nursery policies and procedures, with full knowledge of Edict policies. Collaborate with management to maintain the nursery's high educational standards. Prepare periodic reports on teaching and learning performance for management.

Requirements:



Previous experience in nurseries or early childhood schools. Strong knowledge of modern curricula and best practices in early childhood education. Skills in team management, staff evaluation, and professional development. Fluent in English. Leadership, organizational skills, and initiative.
