Skills Required
Strong knowledge in General Biology content.
Online teaching and learning skills using different applications
Demonstrate the skills and knowledge related to safety in the Biology lab
Language
English: Native Speaker or Fluency oral and written \xe2\x80\x93 IELTS 7.0 Academic

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per Institutes - General
Framework and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in.
Manage the online teaching and learning using apps like MS Teams, Zoom, google docs, etc.
Using LMS platforms effectively to deliver knowledge and manage teaching and learning
Reflect competency in using lab equipment and conducting lab sessions
Ability to prepare well-structured and balanced lessons that leads to learning outcomes
Focus on critical thinking, and inquiry-based labs in teaching
Engage video-based instruction in teaching strategies
Ability to use teaching resources efficiently and effectively in classroom
Establish strong curriculum connections by providing real-life examples
Use e-books, assessment and analyzing data related to achievement
Engage in all scientific activities organized by the institute such as; science fair, scientific
competitions, health and fitness fairs, etc.
Experience with Advanced Placement Courses and Exams.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Curriculum Developer

Use formal tests, responses to quizzes, evaluation of class assignments, learner performances,
projects, and standardized achievement tests to understand what learners know

them become aware of their strengths and needs, and to encourage them to set personal goals
for learning.
Maintain up to date records of learners work and performance and communicate learners
progress knowledgeably and responsibly, based on appropriate indicators, to learners, parents,

Keep the needs of learners at the center of all professional planning and decision-making
Actively participate in staff development programs and performance review
Pursue further training and professional development as a teacher
