We will be looking for talent for the following roles: Sous Chefs, Jr Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis 1 & 2 and Steward Supervisors roles.

What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring our guests received nothing but the best experience.
• You'll also support with ingredient preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and follow all food safety and HACCP standards.
• Our values or Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a culinary expert, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• From mastering kitchen basics to crafting pastries and supporting the wider brigade, you'll grow your skills while contributing to the excellence of our culinary offering.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the Beach Club needs.
• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
